Shipping policy
We’re committed to delivering your SheBliss order quickly, securely, and with complete privacy. Please read this policy for full details on our shipping process, timelines, and partners.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (or partial COD verification).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking link.
3. Delivery Timelines

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Logistics Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and reliable delivery:
- BlueDart
- Delhivery
- India Post (for remote PIN codes)
- Other Shiprocket-integrated couriers (DTDC, Xpressbees, Ekart, etc., depending on PIN code serviceability)
The courier assigned to your order is selected based on PIN code serviceability and the fastest available route.
5. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping pan-India on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
6. Discreet Packaging
Every order is shipped in a plain unmarked outer box. There is no external branding, product name, or category mention on the package or courier slip beyond a generic company name. Your privacy is part of the product experience.
7. Payment Methods & Partial COD
We accept the following payment options:
- Prepaid (recommended): Full payment via Razorpay using credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet.
- Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD): A portion of your order value is collected upfront via Razorpay (UPI/card) at checkout. The remaining balance is collected by the courier in cash at the time of delivery.
We do not offer fully unpaid Cash on Delivery. Partial COD helps us reduce delivery returns and ensures the order is genuine.
8. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you receive an SMS and email containing the AWB (tracking) number and courier partner.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website using the AWB number.
- If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please email care@shebliss.in with your Order ID.
9. Failed Delivery / Customer Unavailable
Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to our facility. Please ensure:
- Your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Your phone number is reachable
- Someone is available to receive the package at the address
If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, we will contact you for a re-ship request. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
10. Lost in Transit
If your order is marked as “lost in transit” by the courier and not delivered within the maximum delivery window plus 7 additional business days, please contact us at care@shebliss.in. We will investigate with the courier and either re-ship or refund as per the resolution.
11. Damaged Package on Delivery
If the outer package appears tampered with, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel. If you have already received a damaged parcel, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs at care@shebliss.in for replacement or refund.
12. Non-Serviceable PIN Codes
If your PIN code is not serviceable by any of our courier partners, you will be notified at checkout. In rare cases where a non-serviceable PIN is missed during checkout, we will contact you to either change the address or refund the full order amount.
13. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email care@shebliss.in within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
