Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an SMS and email with your tracking link from BlueDart, Delhivery, or our other logistics partners. If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please email care@shebliss.in with your Order ID.

Returns & Refunds

For return and refund requests, please refer to our Refund Policy. Unopened products are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return request, email us with your Order ID at care@shebliss.in.
