- Logistics partners: BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post, and other Shiprocket-integrated couriers for delivery.
- Communication services: Email and SMS service providers.
- Fulfilment partner: Acetech E-Commerce Limited (Conceptive Brains Private Limited), Bhiwandi, Maharashtra (only when product fulfilment requires it).
- Statutory obligations: Government authorities, tax authorities, or regulators when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Order & transaction data: Retained for 7 (seven) years to comply with Indian tax and accounting laws.
- Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
- Customer support data: Retained for up to 3 (three) years for service quality and dispute resolution.

10. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Most of our data processing happens within India. Some service providers (such as analytics tools) may process data outside India. We ensure such transfers are made only to jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of protection or under contractual safeguards consistent with the DPDP Act 2023.
