SheBliss is committed to addressing every consumer grievance promptly and transparently. In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address all consumer concerns related to our products, services, content, or any other matter.
How to File a Grievance
If you have any complaint, concern, or dispute regarding any of the following, please reach out to our Grievance Officer using the contact details below:

- An order, delivery, or return
- Customer support interaction
- Personal data privacy or processing (under DPDP Act 2023)
- Content displayed on our website

Resolution Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of receipt of your grievance
- Resolution: Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt, in compliance with Rule 5(9) of the IT Rules, 2021
- Sensitive personal data complaints: Within 15 (fifteen) days as per the DPDP Act 2023
What to Include in Your Complaint
To help us resolve your grievance quickly, please include:

- Any supporting documents, screenshots, or evidence
- Your preferred mode of communication for resolution
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to the appropriate authority:
- Consumer disputes: National Consumer Helpline at consumerhelpline.gov.in or call 1915
- Data privacy: Data Protection Board of India (under DPDP Act 2023) once operational
- Online consumer complaints: National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal โ consumerhelpline.gov.in
- For e-commerce specific issues: Department of Consumer Affairs portal
