Resolution Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of receipt of your grievance
  • Resolution: Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt, in compliance with Rule 5(9) of the IT Rules, 2021
  • Sensitive personal data complaints: Within 15 (fifteen) days as per the DPDP Act 2023
